Pathways Plus is a high-impact, 4-week programme designed to re-engage 18–21 year olds in Coventry with the skills, confidence, and qualifications they need to move forward.
Participants choose from four exciting pathways—Digital, Service, Practical, and Foundation—each tailored to personal interests and delivered through engaging, youth-led methods. With flexible scheduling, daily breakfast club, and direct links to local employers, Pathways Plus is built around real lives and real futures.
